Effective: March 20, 2014 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 206 - 130th General Assembly Annually, the department of medicaid shall prepare a report on the department's efforts to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse in the medicaid program. Each report shall be made available on the department's web site. The department shall submit a copy of each report to the governor, general assembly, and joint medicaid oversight committee. The copy to the general assembly shall be submitted in accordance with section 101.68 of the Revised Code. Copies of the report also shall be made available to the public on request.
