Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The medicaid program's eligibility requirements for aged, blind, and disabled individuals may be more restrictive than the eligibility requirements for the supplemental security income program. Any such more restrictive eligibility requirements shall be consistent with the 209(b) option described in the 'Social Security Act,' section 1902(f), 42 U.S.C. 1396a(f).
