Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Medicaid payments may be made for nursing facility services provided not later than thirty days after the effective date of an involuntary termination of the nursing facility that provides the services if the services are provided to a medicaid recipient who is eligible for the services and resided in the nursing facility before the effective date of the involuntary termination.
