Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of medicaid shall transmit to the treasurer of state for deposit in the general revenue fund amounts collected from the following: (A) Refunds required by, and interest charged under, section 5165.41 of the Revised Code;(B) Amounts collected from penalties imposed under section 5165.42 of the Revised Code.
