Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of medicaid may enter into contracts with other state agencies pursuant to section 5162.35 of the Revised Code that authorize the agencies to perform all or part of the duties assigned to the department of medicaid under sections 5165.60 to 5165.89 of the Revised Code. Each contract shall specify the duties the agency is authorized to perform and the sections of the Revised Code under which the agency is authorized to perform those duties.
