Effective: September 15, 2020 Latest Legislation: House Bill 287 - 133rd General Assembly Every home and community-based services medicaid waiver component shall reserve a portion of the participant capacity of the waiver for eligible individuals whose spouse or parent or legal guardian is an active duty military service member and, at the time of the service member's transfer to Ohio, the eligible individual was receiving home and community-based services in another state.
