Effective: June 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly If a health insuring corporation fails to pay the full amount of a component of a franchise fee when due, the department of medicaid may assess a ten per cent penalty on the amount due for each month or fraction thereof that the component of the franchise fee is overdue.
