Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 5301.39 to 5301.41, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not give to any judgment, order, or decree an effect, by reason of the entry thereof in the county recorder's office, other than that which it would have had without such entry.
