Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the successful claimant, his heirs, or their guardians, elect to, and do pay to the occupying claimant, the sum reported in his favor by the jury, within the time allowed therefor, then a writ of possession shall issue in favor of him, his heirs, or their guardians.
