Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All persons who have vested, contingent, or reversionary interest in the real estate referred to in section 5303.32 of the Revised Code, and the trustees or other temporal officers of the religious society then using it, shall be made parties to such petition, and be notified of its filing, as in a civil action.
