Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county recorder shall keep books to be known as 'records of surveys of registered land,' in which the recorder shall accurately copy each survey ordered by the probate court or the court of common pleas in the original or any subsequent registration. The volume and page of such book where such survey is recorded shall be entered on the register of land titles on each certificate of title to said land thereafter issued.
