Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The holder of any certificate of sale of registered land, or any interest therein, for any tax, assessment, or imposition, shall forthwith present such certificate to the county recorder, who shall thereupon enter upon the registered certificate of title of the land a memorial thereof, stating the amount and day of sale, the date of presentation, and shall enter upon the certificate of sale the date of presentation and book and folium of the register where the memorial is entered.
