Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On the confirmation of the report of commissioners setting off registered lands in proceedings for partition, the parties to whom the lands are allotted shall cause a certified copy of the judgment or decree to be filed with the county recorder. Thereupon the recorder shall transfer such lands upon the register and issue new certificates of title to the respective allottees. Title in severalty shall not vest until such registration.
