Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When any lien or interest exists upon or in an undivided interest in land, and such interest is set off in severalty in proceedings for partition, such lien or interest shall attach only to the lands so set off, and the county recorder shall note the same upon the register of the new certificates of title, and shall indorse a memorandum of the partition upon the instrument creating such lien or other interest before a new certificate of title shall issue to the allottee.
