Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When any voluntary instrument of transfer, encumbrance, assignment, release, or satisfaction is filed, the county recorder shall at once give notice of such filing to the registered owner or holder by letter mailed to his registered address, unless such registered owner or holder is personally present at the time of such filing. When any paper for the purpose of acquiring an involuntary lien, charge, or interest on, or in registered land is filed, the recorder shall at once give like notice to the registered owner.
