Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If any person, whether grantor, grantee, mortgagor, mortgagee, lessor, lessee, or other person in interest, dies after the execution of any instrument affecting land and before registration thereof, the registration of such instrument may be proceeded with in accordance with sections 5309.02 to 5310.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and shall be valid notwithstanding such death.
