Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Every transferee, mortgagee, lessee, and encumbrancer of registered land or any part thereof, or any interest therein, holds his title or lien subject to the interests and estates, mortgages, encumbrances, and all liens and memorials which have been entered upon the registered certificate of title prior to such transfer of the land or mortgage, lease, or encumbrance thereof, unless it is expressly otherwise provided in the instrument of transfer, mortgage, lease, or encumbrance.
