Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the original registration of land, the clerk of the probate court or the clerk of the court of common pleas shall be paid one-tenth of one per cent of the assessed value of the land, on the basis of the last assessment for general taxation, for the purposes of an assurance fund.
