Effective: April 16, 1993 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 297 - 119th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 5501.05 of the Revised Code, real property purchased with money appropriated to the department of transportation may be transferred to a municipality with a population of no more than ten thousand persons as of December 31, 1992, if the real property is to be used for the public purpose of providing health care services to the community.
