Effective: June 30, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 107 - 121st General Assembly Within three months of the effective date of this act, the department of transportation shall establish a written policy for the classification and prioritization of all new construction plans and contracts. The policy shall consider all aspects of new construction planning in a manner allowing the comparison of competing projects.
