Effective: June 21, 1990 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 185 - 118th General Assembly At any time during the development of a highway project, subject to section 5501.331 of the Revised Code, the owner of an interest in real property may donate to the state, and the director of transportation may accept in the name of the state, all or part of the interest that is needed for purposes of the highway project.
