Effective: June 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 114 - 129th General Assembly All law enforcement officers of the state and of an affected local jurisdiction shall have the same powers and jurisdiction within the limits of the transportation facility as they have in their respective areas of jurisdiction and access to the transportation facility at any time for the purpose of exercising such powers and jurisdiction.
