Effective: June 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 114 - 129th General Assembly Nothing in sections 5501.70 to 5501.83 of the Revised Code shall be construed or deemed to affect any waiver of the sovereign immunity of the state or any officer or employee of the state with respect to the participation in or approval of all or any part of the transportation facility or its operation.
