Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly Any funding provided or made available by the United States or by any agency designated and authorized by the United States government for the purposes of enforcing compliance with supplemental nutrition assistance program laws shall be expended by the department of public safety for those purposes.
