Effective: July 1, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 53 - 131st General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the emergency management agency service and reimbursement fund. The fund shall consist of the money collected under sections 5502.21 to 5502.38 of the Revised Code. All money in the fund shall be used to pay the costs of administering programs of the emergency management agency.
