Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly The director of public safety shall adopt and may amend or rescind rules and standards, consistent with sections 5502.42 to 5502.51 of the Revised Code, to govern the issuance of civil defense certificates and carry out the purposes of those sections.
