Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly The state highway patrol retirement board shall appoint a committee to oversee the selection of an internal auditor. The committee shall select one or more persons for employment as an internal auditor. The board shall employ the person or persons selected by the committee.The committee shall consist of the following board members: one retirant member, one employee member, and one ex officio member. The committee shall annually prepare and submit to the Ohio retirement study council a report of its actions during the preceding year.
