Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 42 - 130th General Assembly Subject to such rules and regulations as the state highway patrol retirement board adopts, the board shall issue, upon written request of the member, a certificate certifying to the aggregate length of all the member's prior service as a state highway patrol employee.
