Effective: December 19, 1973 Latest Legislation: House Bill 214 - 110th General Assembly On and after the effective date of this section, all persons who retired and were eligible to receive a pension that was first payable on or after July 1, 1968, and prior to July 1, 1971, pursuant to division (A)(1) of section 5505.17 or division (B)(1) of section 5505.18 of the Revised Code, shall receive an additional monthly payment of two dollars for each year between the member's effective date of retirement or disability and July 1, 1973.
