Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 210 - 122nd General Assembly The director of transportation shall develop the strategic initiatives of the department of transportation. Not more than six months after the effective date of this section, the director shall submit the strategic initiatives of the department to the transportation review advisory council.
