Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 210 - 122nd General Assembly The director of transportation, with the approval of the transportation review advisory council, shall submit biennial reports to the governor and the general assembly on the conduct of the project selection process for prioritizing transportation capacity projects, and on the progress of those projects undertaken.
