Effective: September 20, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 639 - 105th General Assembly Whoever violates section 5515.07 of the Revised Code or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to such section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for a first offense; for a subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
