Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 210 - 122nd General Assembly Whoever erects or maintains an advertising device in violation of sections 5516.01 to 5516.14 of the Revised Code, or rules adopted thereunder, shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five thousand dollars.
