Effective: July 1, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 381 - 118th General Assembly The director of transportation, after receipt of a resolution providing for cooperation in a project as provided in section 5521.04 of the Revised Code, shall not approve a change order or extra work contract relating to that project until he first gives notice, in writing, of the change order or extra work contract to the affected board of county commissioners or municipal authorities.
