Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The director of transportation shall make payments from the funds described in section 5521.07 of the Revised Code in such amounts and at such times as he determines during the progress of the work described in such section, and any surplus remaining after the work has been completed and the portion of the cost assumed by the county or municipal corporation has been fully paid shall be returned to the county or municipal corporation.
