Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Lumber in highway work shall be deemed material within the meaning of sections 153.54, 1311.26, and 5525.16 of the Revised Code when it actually becomes part of the structure or improvement in which it is used, or when it is used as form material.
