Effective: June 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 114 - 129th General Assembly The director of transportation shall establish a procedure whereby a political subdivision or other governmental agency or agencies may submit a written application to the director requesting the department of transportation to construct and operate a toll project within the boundaries of the subdivision, agency, or agencies making the request. The procedure shall include a requirement that the director send a written reply to the subdivision, agency, or agencies explaining the disposition of the request.
