Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal corporation of Barberton in Summit county, commencing at the intersection of that route with Lockwood road and proceeding in a northerly direction to the intersection of that route with East State street, shall be known as the 'Staff Sergeant Howard E. Woodford Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
