Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number one hundred thirty-eight, commencing at the intersection of that route and county road one hundred twenty-seven and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and state route number two hundred seven in Ross county only, shall be known as the 'Army Specialist Gavin Colburn Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
