Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 273 - 127th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route three hundred forty-four commencing at the western boundary of the municipal corporation of Leetonia and extending eastward to state route eleven shall be known as the 'Pfc. Ralph Dias Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
