Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number thirty-nine, commencing at the intersection of that state route and ridge avenue northeast within the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that state route and tall timber road northeast, within Tuscarawas county only, shall be known as the 'Lance Corporal Peter James Clore Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
