Effective: September 23, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 65 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number seven, commencing at mile marker number thirty-one in Washington county and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the boundary of Washington and Monroe counties, shall be known as the 'First Lt.
