Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly The road known as state route number ten, commencing at the western-most point of that road in Lorain county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that road with state route number eighty-three, shall be known as the 'Master Sergeant Adam F. Benjamin Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
