Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number twenty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route and Arcadia street and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and Butterbridge road in Stark county only, shall be known as the 'Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
