Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number six hundred nineteen, commencing at the boundary of Summit and Stark counties and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that route and Kaufman avenue in Lake township in Stark county, shall be known as the 'Captain Daniel Stiles Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
