Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number four hundred sixteen, commencing at the southern boundary of the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the municipal corporation of Tuscarawas in Tuscarawas county only, shall be known as the 'Sgt. James L. Smith Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
