Effective: May 18, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 156 - 125th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number seven hundred eleven, commencing at interstate six hundred eighty in Mahoning county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of United States route four hundred twenty-two shall be known as the 'Robert E.
