Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 325 - 129th General Assembly The road known as state route seventy-eight, in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, and Athens counties only, shall be known as the '78th Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
