Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly That part of the road known as state route number forty-four, located within Lake county and commencing at the intersection of that state route and state route number two and extending in a northerly direction and ending at headlands beach state park, shall be known as the 'LCpl Andy Nowacki Memorial Highway.'
