Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 243 - 127th General Assembly That portion of the road known as state route number two, running in an easterly and westerly direction within Cuyahoga county only, shall be known as the 'Carl B. Stokes Memorial Highway.' The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
